Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with a delightful dining experience. We understand that occasional issues may arise, and we are here to ensure that your concerns are addressed in a convenient and efficient manner. Below, you will find our policy for returns and refunds related to food orders.

Order Accuracy or Incomplete Orders

Our top priority is to deliver orders accurately. If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please contact us immediately so we can make it right promptly by delivering the correct order.

Food Dissatisfaction

We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. As soon as you have noticed any issues in food quality or issues with preparation of the food delivered to you please contact us immediately. We may request specific details or photos to assess the issue and will offer replacement promptly or have your order refunded if appropriate.

Please do note refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.

Cancellation of Order

Generally cancellation of an order is not possible, if the order is confirmed and payment is already made. An order can be cancelled under the following circumstances:

(a) when we are unable to fulfil an order due to unavailability;
(b) when an error in pricing is detected and you do not wish to accept the corrected price;
(c) when you have placed an order for an item that is out of stock and you do not wish to accept a substitute item;
(d) when we refuse to accept your order when something unusual on your order or account is identified.

Refunds

We will allow refunds for your orders under the following circumstances:

(a) when we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability and you do not wish to accept a substitute item;
(b) when we are unable to provide a replacement for food items that has acceptable quality issue;
(c) when we are unable to deliver a missing item in your order;
(d) when an order you have paid for is deemed cancelled according to the circumstances listed under “Cancellation of Order” section in this Policy.

Under the above circumstances the refund process will start immediately and refund will be made to via bank transfer to your bank account from which the payment was made. Transfer slip will be sent to you by Viber/WhatsApps or email. Please allow at least 24 hours for the process to be completed.

Exceptions

Please note that some circumstances may not be covered by this policy, such as:

(a) Changes to your order after it has been confirmed and processed.
(b) Issues arising from delayed consumption of the food beyond the recommended timeframe.
(c) Special requests or preferences not met, but not communicated at the time of ordering.
